- The time clients take for reviewing and sending corrections is not included in the processing time, as some may take weeks or even a month for revisions.

- We work on projects in the order they are received, with each album receiving dedicated time and attention. Our standard delivery timeline is up to 30 days, and most clients are happy to wait their turn.
- However, for clients who need their album urgently, we offer a priority processing option. This means your order is moved ahead of others in the queue, which requires us to adjust our workflow, extend production hours, or reallocate resources to meet the shorter deadline.
- The additional charge covers the cost of speeding up the process without compromising quality. This system ensures fairness: clients who are not in a rush can pay a lower fee and wait comfortably, while those who need faster delivery can opt in with a priority fee.
