Step 1: Initial Consultation
We start by discussing your photo book needs and preferences. This includes details such as the book size, design style, and any special features you’d like to include. For transparency and to avoid any future misunderstandings, we prefer to record all conversations via WhatsApp chat or email.
Step 2: Order Confirmation
We will confirm the order details, including book size, type, paper selection, design style, available offers, shipping information, and any additional features upon receiving your order form. At this stage, you will also receive a detailed cost estimate.
Step 3: Payment
We require full payment to confirm the order to avoid any delays during the process. For urgent orders, we can expedite the process for an additional charge. Alternatively, you may choose to pay 10%–50% in advance when submitting the order form, with the remaining balance due before your order is sent for printing.
Step 4 : Photo Selection
We only accept selected photos. Any duplicate images you send will be removed, and if design changes or alterations are needed after designing completed, additional charges will apply. Please ensure that all photos are organised into separate folders before uploading.
- Very Important: Images needed for full-page use.
- Large-sized: Pictures that are larger and should be prominently featured.
- Regular: Images that can be used anywhere in the book.
Also, inform me if you have any designs, references, or quotes that need to be included.
Please send the pictures in the order you want them added to the album. Changing the order after designing will take longer or may require redesigning. Provide as many details as possible when sending the pictures. We highly recommend google drive for uploading pictures.
Step 5: Proofing and Revisions
You will receive a proof of the photo book design for your review. You may request up to two rounds of revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the layout and content. At this stage, you can adjust layouts, replace images, and add or remove quotes. Please note that major changes to the sequence or order of images will incur additional design fees.
Step 6: Process duration
We recommend placing your order at least one month in advance. Urgent orders may be accommodated upon request and for an additional fee. Shipping time depends on the location and service provider, typically taking 3–7 working days, and we are not responsible for any shipping delays.
Please note that the process timeline depends on the payment option selected in the order form, and processing times are not guaranteed. Timelines are subject to change if there are any delays during process. Once the proof is sent for your review, the timeline will be paused and will only resume when the order is approved for printing. Delays caused by the customer are not included in our processing timeframe.
Step 7: Printing and Quality check
Upon receiving final confirmation from you, we will proceed to print the albums. No changes are acceptable after the files are sent for printing. Once printing is completed, we thoroughly inspect the final product to ensure it meets your expectations, is free of defects, and matches the confirmed design. We can send you a video of the final product if required.
Step 8: Shipping Options
Once the album is completed, we will arrange delivery through a courier service based on your requirements. Please discuss your preferred shipping options, including standard, express, or local pickup, and the associated costs. We will inform you of any applicable shipping fees based on your chosen shipping method and delivery location.
A complete unboxing video is required to process any damage claims related to shipping. For international deliveries, insurance claims are only available if additional shipping insurance has been purchased.
Step 9: Feedback and Referral
Your feedback is valuable to us. If you refer someone, you can also avail of additional discounts on your next order. We appreciate your input to improve our services and look forward to discussing potential future projects or referrals.
Step 10: Not satisfied
You can cancel your order before it goes to printing for a full refund. If you are not satisfied with the final album, we are happy to offer a partial refund by returning the album. Please note that the design cost is non refundable. You will also receive the printing files, allowing you to have the album printed elsewhere if you wish.
